Symptom check?

Hi everyone :)

I just wanted to ask - do people ever get the symptoms of feeling generally weak and almost like they want to cry with fear when you panic? It's really strange, I can't tell if it's related to the muscles in my throat and chest but sometimes if I get a shock or am really scared I almost feel like I'm going to start crying or something but I'm not actually 'upset' as such? Again its not so much sadness but more of a 'weak'/funny feeling

I get a general feeling of weakness, never been able to fix it down to anything but its a pain

I know exactly what you mean. It describes perfectly how feel when I am out sometimes. It's like a sensation of being completely overwhelmed by a negative energy around me.
