...cos I cannot figure out why I get so panicked the further I get from home :mad: Last night I tried it again and there wasn't much traffic on the road but once I got past a certain point I start getting shaky and nauseous etc. I can't get my head around it, why is closer to home the only time I feel safe??

its because home you feel safe ,,but if you managed to go some distance be proud of yourself ,,it mans eventually you will be going further baby steps you will get there

But why do I feel safe only at home? There is no difference between my house and a random spot 30 miles away. Ugh I am driven mad with these nonsensical facts in my head
