hi everyone i am on citalopram 20mg and going to the doctors in an hour really dont want to go my head feels as i it is going to explode with the tension :weep: a really bad anxious day . ive been on the cit for 6 weeks now . i was hoping to feel a bit better but im not . babysitter has let me down aswell .hate feeling like this
Just consider doctors are all too often pleasant, fit, toned and slim. Who wouldn't want to spend time with someone like that.

Hang in there emmat, it does take time to settle on medication. Your doctor will discuss this with you and the possibility of changing dose or any additional things you can do.
the doctor has increased my citalopram from 20mg to 40mg and my diazepam to 10mg . i just hope it works :unsure:
