aches at tops of legs!!!

any one suffer with pelvic aches or really dull achey tops of there legs, ive heard its a sign of cancer....... im really worried x

I get this, where abouts do you mean, I get aches in all of my leg both of them and I get them in my groin area, the big where my legs meet my body :S

thanks for replying midnightcalm xxx i wish a could draw a picture, its like from the creases of my groin (where the line of my knickers are) down my thighs at the front. Likethe tops of my big leg is. it also is into my lower pelvis around my hair line. xx im so glad you suffer something similar... is yours tension.. im going out of my mind!!!!

I get this all the time from sitting at work too much and in the car. I did not think it was a sign of cancer ... mine gets better when I have a weekend of no sitting at my desk or driving to work.
