hi everyone i havent had a full blown panick attack in ages. but unfurtuntly i found my lovely uncle dead in his house on sunday morning. since then i have been feeling very ill my heart has just shot up to 150bpm i felt dizzy and had a burning pain in my right leg and arm. and chest feels tight. im scared shitless

You have had a terrible shock. You poor thing. This is something none of us ever wish to experience. Have you thought of trying to arrange some counselling? I'm sure talking to someone trained would help.
