Sleep Help

I am on Citalopram are there any sleeping pills I can take?

Hi How long have you been on the cit? i could'nt sleep on them at first, but when they kicked in i slept great

have a word with your gp they are best to advise you.

I am on Day 15 of citalopram and the sleeping is starting to get better. I couldn't sleep at first but I do manage 6 hours then wake up about 4am then just doze until the morning but its one the side effects I have been told.
