jumping feeling in my thigh

hi everyone

does anybody ever get a jumping feeling in their leg?

i have had it since yesterday, its like a pulse in my thigh.

i know if i distract myself it probably wouldnt be as bad.

please someone else tell me that they get it. i worry about everything.

Yes I have had that in the past. Along with twitching in my eye, sometimes in my face and also my thumb will jump on its own.

Its only a nerve twitching and is nothing to worry about.

Can be caused by stress :-)

And last night the muscle at the top of my arm kept jumping when I was trying to sleep

Stress does odd things doesnt it
