Hi guys
I posted the thread advice from an old pro as I have suffered HA for 15 years on and off. I have set up a youtube channel and have done my first video on skin problems and care due to stress related HA. it's here on

I currently am on week 3 of cbt and maybe getting involved with some projects with my service provider so I can help pass on more knowledge. Please read the thread an old pro if you need one as I have answered lots of questions already on there so you may find what you are looking for or on my youtube!
