Hi folks, I've been taking beta blockers for panic attacks/anxiety but I'm struggling to sleep at the moment and having nightmares plus muscle jolts just before I fall asleep aren't helping either. I was just wondering if it's ok to take Kalms night time tablets and beta blockers at the same time as the lack of sleep seems to be making my anxiety worse. Any help appreciated. Cheers. Alan.
