Just a bit of gastric reflux.
You burp and before your little valvue gets to close a little stomach acid comes up and burns your throat.
nothing to worry about, happens to everyone. like a little indigestion.

you will be fine and you wont be ill. try sucking a peppermint to calm the stomach acids, or taking a rennies or something like that.

fell better xxx

thanks for your help.

think i just blew it all out of proportion! today im feeling crappy but i think its hayfever and cos ive coughed and scratched my throat, i feel worse.
i know how to rationalise all my symptoms but getting myself to listen to me isnt always as easy!!

and i have to work tonight, and its making me worse knowing ive got to go.
