Hi, new today & just thought i'd say hello.

i'm a stay at home mum to two girls. youngest is starting school soon :(. hubby works away all week so finding being on my own difficult especially when i get the jitters in the middle of the night (why is it they always seem to be worse then?!) been having panics for years but definatley got worse recently. i'm so glad to find this site and to find everybody here with the same thoughts and feelings - thought i was going mad.

anyway, looking forward to chatting.

Hi and welcome to the forum. I hated it when my youngest started nursery although it was only for 2 days a week.
I got used to it and now I look forward to the break[^]

it does get hard i use to hate being on my own but i love it when parents go out now lol :D

heart beats get annoying sometimes but hope you ger reasured that there is no harm to u..
