Sick of feeling sick!

I wake up and i feel sick, i feel like theres loads of acid in my tummy and throat.

is this acid reflux related to my wind problems too because my tummy has been very gassy recently recently, which then travels to my back and shoulder blades its a horrible feeling..

I know its gas because im passing wind a lot and my belly is popping

I have been on acid reflux tablets in the past but thinking i should go back on them, but will they solve the gas problems too?
