Buzzing, vibrating feeling, fit?

HI all,

I feel really buzzy, have done for a while, like shaky inside me, like I feel like I am about to have a fit. It's really scary and it is scaring me now, almost feel jittery. Feels a bit worse when focusing on a screen or in a place with artificial lights. I'm having a hard time describing it..does anyone know what I mean?

I've had this before...weirdest feeling. It usually happens at night for me when I go to bed. I get this feeling at the top of my stomach in my chest that is hard to describe. It almost feels like inside of me is shaking like when you're cold or almost like a cell phone is buzzing! I just put it down to anxiety because it goes away..

For reassurance, you can't be "about" to have a fit as they just happen, you're there one minute then you are on the floor, no sensations of er fitting if thats the word. People describe of being on the edge of a fit but that isn't possible :)
