hi all. last night when trying to get to sleep, i kept feeling as though i was falling and my body kept jolting awake. i then kept getting 'cracking' in my ears, and then the shakes. in theend i had to have a sleeping tablet which made me eventually fall asleep.
also my head was spinning as though i was unbalanced even though i was laying down.
woke up ok today apart from the usual headache.
anyone else get anything like this?
so annoyed as was doing quite well :-(
