Scared! I feel like I can't breathe and get a good deep breath

I'm really scared I have been the doctors about this like 2 months ago and they couldn't find nothing at that time I had a lump in my throat so it was globas but now it feels like I can't breathe and get a good breath I'm constantly thinking about it and I think I'm going to die...:weep:

hiya i'm having a panic attack myself at the moment. i know that horrible feeling. we have to just remember that we are ok and nothing bad is gonna happen try taking deep breaths and try to get comfortable so you can relax and say to yourself i can sit this out and let the panic wash over yourself. we can beat this
