Hello, I'm new on here.. I'm 20 years old & my name is Rebecca. I have had depression & anxiety & panic attacks for 3 years now. I'm on medication which helps alot. But i would like my life & confidence back. This affects my day to day life, I dont see or have any friends because i can't go out with them like i used to when i was at school. Can't get a job because of anxiety & panic attacks.
My panic attacks come on when i'm in busy places & where i don't know people & i worry about everything!!..

Hey Rebecca, im also new here, and also 20 and have the same problem. im trying to over come everything and have decided to look for support. kinda finding it hard at the moment to find what will suit me. hopefully something like this forum is what im looking for ^^ fingers crossed i guess.

Thankyou everyone, Forgot to mention i'm from Sheffield. Not had a bad day today, managed to take the dog for walk & felt down as i got in the house.
Need a new hobby any ideas?
