This ones crept up on me

For the past few months I've had trouble with piles ( sorry if TMI) following birth of my son. I saw gp about it who said to apply cream when symptomatic.
Any bleeding is always bright red and consistent with piles. Last night I noticed a twenty pence piece sized chunk of a black substance. I'm unsure if I should be in panic mode or something I ate.
No repeat of this this morning at bathroom. Advice welcome

I wouldn't panic because it's not happened since, although I would probably mention it to your GP :)

i think its proberly something you ate think back over the last couple of days have you had mushrooms for instance they come out like that tmi x
