Hi Kiss
When do the spots appear and what do they look like?
I get sorta shimmery spots caused by migraines.

Do you see the spots when you are looking at a plain, light background?
I gets lots of like floater things, look like little tadpoles floating around!! Apparantly its the gel or something that covers your eyeball - someone else might know?

Your reply put a smile on my face anxious. I get exactly the same as you but where you referred to them as tadpoles I said they look like sperm lol!!! I get these when I haven't had enough sleep or when I've had a real bad anxiety attack and had to take more diazepam than my usual 1 2mg tablet. Its really quite common and nothing to worry about. My doctor told me that so I have to have trust in him.

Hi Kiss

I know how hard your finding it to stop thinking about tumours, but please believe everyone when they say that the spots in the eyes are nomral, even people who don't suffer anxiety get theses too.

As for the jumping just fefore you drop off to sleep that happems to alot of none anxiety suffers too. Because we notice everything that goes on with our bodys, we always question, WHY, are anxiety leveles are high, so when we can't find the ansiwers we get really scared, Mrs anxiety jumps in and says (ohhhhh you have a tumer)

I know its hard Kiss, but you must try and put these tumer thoughts to one side, you have NOT got a tumer hun, just keep telling yourself, the symtpoms you are haveing are normal.

TAKE CARE
