feels like i cant breathe is it my anxiety?

well i have HA for about 2 months now it feels like i cant breathe i went to the doctors when it all first started and they were baffled i saw 2 and both nothing i later discovered it was globus but now it feels like i cant get a good breath if you know what i mean and it's scaring the hell out of me i keep getting nervous butterflies because of it as soon as i wake up till i go to bed it is there always and im really scared also every now and again i get heart palpitations...i keep thinking im going to die :/

Yes im sure this is your anxiety had this hun so many times and never felt so scared u feel like theres no air. The best thing for this is distration, breathing into paper bag, getting some air outside thats how i coped u will be ok im living proof of this pm anytime:hugs:
