I have suffered from panic distorter for 8 years. With the loss of my Mom last year I feel it worsening.
This past week I have had this burning and achy feeling in my head and down my neck. Something I have never experienced. Is this an anxiety symptom? How many of you deal with it? I feel out of sorts and down because this is affecting my life. The feeling of being "out of it" and not myself is a real bummer. How do you handle this? I'm usually full of energy but all I want to do is sleep.
