what do you do when you have IBS cramps and what do you do to manage/ ease them at the time???
i get them at the most embarrassing times usually at the school and they are intence and last probably on 30 -60 sec but feel like 5-10 mins, then i will let wind :blush: and it will ease... but then it will build up again... :weep:
im on mebreverin(spelling???) syrup and take st johns wort
so what techniques do you use when the pain is there to get through them???
