hi everyone i suffer from anxiety with depression i also suffer panic attacks

my main problems are going out in crowded places which makes every day tasks a night mare im also not good at going to places ive never been

still trying to find the right meds and treatment for me

hi phil im currently on citalopram have been for 3 months if anything its making me worse tired all the time noenergy no motivation and mood swings are unreal ive been on amatrptiline and i think metazapine but they did nothing either
