hi guys, my anxiety is really bad at the min was wondering if someone could shed some light. i have a red mark on the side of my nose thats quite dry to touch and sometimes itchy im trying to convince myself its a mark off my glasses but i only put them on to read. anyone had anything similar??:shrug:
