dizzy again

Hello, does any1 ever feel fine 1 minute and the next minute feel that dizzy that you feel drunk and the room is spinning!!!!!

I've only gotten the room spinning dizziness a few times (during panic attacks) but I do get a more off balance feeling more often due to either anxiety or maybe my issues with TMJ. it's quite annoying ... Especially when it comes out of the blue like you mentioned!

Same here, I get it too! It is another horrid sympton of anxiety :( I also suffer bouts of bad vertigo that is triggered by anxiety and tinnitus that gets worse when I am anxious. You are not alone! Saz
