mum hit me on the head now im very dizzy im to scared to stand up :(

hey guys so me and my mum were messin about and she forgot about my head anxiety and slapped me on the head and since i have felt very dizzy like the ground is movin and my vision is weird i also come over very dizzy when sittin down :( im terrified :( xx

Was it a hard slap? If not, maybe it just gave you a bit of a shock and now you are experiencing some panic like symptoms because of your head related anxiety??? Just a thought... Let us know how you're feeling! Xx

Hey guys thankyou so much for you reasurence and replys :) i kinda know the slap wouldnt but i think what if theres another problem with my head and the slap could have made it worse :( it was quite hard but not enough to say ouch if you kn ow what i mean, im trin to stay calm but its hard :( xx
