Dear Friends. I fully understand your situation, I was in that cycle too, after reading Weekes, I hit a wall. Then I visited a website that was based on Dr. Weekes teachings.
Quite simply nearly every person skips step one. FFace your feeling, of fear.
Facing means not, running away. Accept means, Do Not Fight.
Anyway the reason you are making little headway is you have not, truly faced the feeling of fear in your body. And that is all your are afraid of, is a, feeling.
So the reality is keep going back to the book, and put into practise.
Keep facing the feeling. Face it down. Make it as bad as you possibly can. I got cured by standing my ground facing the feeling making it worse for three hours.....Nearly everyone skips or misses step one::Face.

I had no more courage than anyone else suffering when my life was destroyed by them. So when you face, and do not, run away from the feeling, your confidence grows even stronger. Make the fear worse as you can, you will find you cannot. Fact.
You have to Unmask fear, analise the feeling, debunk it, expose it. That's how you free yourself.
Remember Weekes suffered the same way, so your not alone.
