I stumbled upon this site whilst researching the drug Citalopram and decided that this may be a good place to share experiences.
Having suffered from anxiety and panic for 30 years (which I have managed to control without medication) I find it a comfort to share with fellow sufferers because I know that for family and friends it is sometimes difficult to understand, sympathy is forthcoming for broken limbs but it's difficult to understand a broken mind.
