Hi, I'd like to take natural muscle relaxers due to stress. I've posted here about MILD headaches that I've realized are sinus & stress related. I'd like to know about taking skullcap, valerian, kava kava, passionflower or other natural relaxants with Xanax . I know if I ask a dr, they don't want to advise on anything herbal or natural. Does anyone know of NATURAL ONLY relaxant I can take with Xanax ? I NEED A RESPONSE AS SOON AS WOULD BE POSSIBLE. Thank You.
