New panicker here.

Hi all. I am new here and delighted to find you all. I have suffered with panic and anxiety for many years now but it seems to have got alot worse recently. I feel fear and anxiety almost constantly and have been having some depersonalisation for the first time in ages which terrifies me. It's having the knock on effect of making me depressed, something I've never suffered from before.

I have really bad symptoms on waking in the mornings - nausea, diahorrea, etc etc...

Anyway, enough of all that - I'm really looking forward to getting to know some people on here and hopefully being able to offer and receive some support.
