hi all im new here .hopeing i will feel that i am not alone ,
i started with panic attacks 5 years ago ,spent a few months in my mums spare room if anyone even looked at me a had a panic attack ,5 years on anxiety is with me still every day ,but not many full on attacks .i have now deleloped really bad health anxiety .i have a leaky heart valve .i also get skipped /missed heart beats ,this scares me every day .have all other anxiety symptoms ,i have just been refered to talking therapy .xxxx
im 35 married and have 2 children a 12 year old an an 18 month old
