I have a headache today, and normally I brush them off because I am so used to tension headaches daily. Today I am starting to get ahead of myself and get carried away with it because it is on the same side that the bump in my ear is. I am 90% sure the bump is either a pimple or a pimple that has turned into a cyst. But that 10% that is unsure because I cannot see the bump is screaming at me right now "It's a tumor throughout your entire head!"
I am working very hard on telling myself to stop, breathe, and not let my thoughts get carried away or emotionally attach to them. Agh.
