i cant believe today I walked my 2 children to the school summer fayre
and set up my own stall, selling my jewellery.

My husband couldnt make it because of work and I must admit i was worried (very worried) but once there I had crowds of people around my table and served one after another for 3 hours !

I had no panic (just some slight nerves) and made £120 [Yeah!]

I CANT BELIVE I DID IT ? So my message is this to everyone out there who is suffering panic and agrophobia, WE CAN DO IT.
I have been through hell in the past and I never ever thought id be able to do that one day !
The funny thing is this, whilst i was there i over heard 2 ladys on a stall saying to each other....I hate crowds around my table because it makes me feel panicky..the other girl said I have to take pills to cope.

SEE ITS NORMAL ;)

ahhhhh lovely replys ,

I just wanted people to know , no matter how big your agrophobia is, with constant determination you will improve !!!

I have often read people saying they have had agrophobia for 20 years and it never gets better ,
well let me tell you it DOES get better,
as my CBT has told me, if you want it bad enough and dont mind putting in the hard work you can do it !

4 years ago i wouldnt leave my house on my own or with my hubby ,
even tho i still get rough days where i feel anxious, I dont let it stop me now, i will go out no matter how i am feeling
(even if its just around the block).

You can do it !

I make all sorts of jewellery with all sorts of materials,

I make swarovski crystal necklaces with matching bracelets and earrings (have done wedding orders).

Beaded deesigns.

Charm bracelets made with glass patterened beads (dont do plastic).

Trendy pendants on black cord or ribbon.

Handbag/mobile phone charms.

I make all my designs totally individual because the fun bit is designing something new that hasnt been seen before.

This morning I have been with my friend to the local gym/ beauty salon, they sell jewelery in their show cabinet, so I approached them with my jewellery and they said yes [:O] I cant belive it.......
This is what ive always wanted :D
