Weird skin sensation between breasts.

I woke up a few days ago with a weird skin sensation between my breasts, its kind of scary, because its been hurting for the past 2 days, it hurts worse when I first wake up. the pain is like between my sternum.

the pain isnt in my sternum, its like the SKIN .... so i dont know what this could be... i also noticed a white circular thing next to the pain.

I'm really scared I've never had this problem before, and I'm afraid it could be a symptom to something deadly.

Is it possible that the skin there is very dry? I get so dry in the place you mentioned that it is actually so sensitive and painful to the slightest touch. I also get it sometimes from sweating in the night because i lay on my side so the skin at sternum must get rubbed the wrong way between my breasts. I can get little bumps and everything.

I have no idea what is causing this. This is a brand new symptom for me.

Really getting sick and tired of feeling this scared.

Now I notice two white spots on my skin. And I am scared .
