Hi everyone. I hope ur all having a settled night.
Basically I'm in complete freak out mode. This evening I've been feeling unwell with sickness and diharrea. I always get anxious when I'm feeling unwell and tonight its really getting the better of me. I can't get to sleep as everytime I drift off, I'm jolted awake by a shock like panic and a hot sweat. It feels like I could die right there and then so I freak out even more. I've now got such a headache so that's worrying me too. I'm just so drained but at the same time, scared to close my eyes.
