How often do you cry?

I came of effexor 11 weeks ago and since then I have broken down and cried on a daily basis. Yesterday I actually cried for most of the day and have been crying uncontrolably again today. It feels as though my heart is breaking yet there is no reason at all for these feelings or my tears.
I am not sure if I am still going through withdrawal or not. I did have anxiety before I went on effexor but it was never as bad as it is now.

Does anyone else with anxiety find themselves crying in this way.

Me!! Sometimes i can spend all day crying especially when my anxiety is bad, i can just sob and sob xx

Hi Erin - I am in the same boat - coming off Prozac - crying for the past 3 weeks everyday, all day - have felt terrible. Just started Sertraline (last night) crying not too bad today? But think it is the medication coming out of system - hope you'll soon feel better - and the anxiety doesn't help. Laura:hugs:

Thank you Laura. I was on effexor for nearly 10 years so withdrawal may take a long time. I hope the Sertraline soon kicks in for you. :flowers:
