Hello ok so I have had a really strange feeling in my head for about a week or so now, its hard to describe but I'll try.
Its sort of like a light headedness with a tingly feeling, its like I can feel my pulse in my head. I feel a little dizzy and just off really. My eyes have felt strange to a bit like they are moving when they are not, like I cant keep them still, when they are. I have a few pains in my head and neck but nothing major, a few headaches and have felt quite tired and lethargic, but again nothing major.
I just feel really wierd and the strangest thing is that im not overlly panicked about it, which in turn worries me. Oh the joys of anxiety.
Does this sound like anxiety or should I go and see my gp.
Any advice would be great, thank you.
