Was doing so well then a panic attack last night

I have been doing so well then last night I started feeling like my heart was racing, then I felt hot, then a horrible taste in my mouth, I also felt sick. It lasted for about half an hour but all night I layed in bed feeling ropey. Feel ok today though. Could have been increasing the citalopram 10 days to 20mg but thought the side effects would have worn off by now.

sorry you had a bad night.....how long have you been taking 20mg?

I started 10mg a month ago and then 20mg 10 days ago.

I reckon you've gotta give the new dose 2 weeks to settle in. Try and see last night as just a 'blip'. I'm sure things will get better.x
