hi all i would really like a pen pal who is going through the same/similar things as me, also i think writing to someone is something i can focus on instead of my anxiety... im 20 year old male from sunny devon ive suffered anx/dep for 3 years. my most bothersome are panic attacks, depersonalisation/derealisation and regular really low moods. if any1 is interested in gaining a new friend then please private message me..... thanks
