You cannot serve two masters, your mind cannot serve two masters , you are in control of your own body, and your body is not there to control you. Control your thoughts and think positive , and eventually you will control your bodies reaction. remember fear is all in the mind. your thoughts and fears are what you want them to be. Be kind to yourself, You are in control not your thoughts. I wish you all well , and stay in control and positive. :yesyes:

I completely agree, if only it were that easy though. The mind is very strong and plays dirty tricks which are hard to recognise sometimes.

Still, positive thinking is the only way to beat it so onwards and upwards...
