anxiety ruins relationships?

today my boyfriend told me i have to stop worrying about our relationship because it's making me unhappy and it will eventually cause damage to our relationship and will push him away.

he's right, right??

yes hes right so dont worry , I have this issue with my wife and the more insecure I get about it it worries me even more , your just feeding anxiety.

The fact he says stop worrying means he loves you and no intention of leaving you in my opinion.

yeah i guess you're right. he told me he doesn't have any intent to break up with me but he seemed so relaxed and not bothered when he said whats the point if you worry so much and we're not happy. guess he's just sick of me worrying about things that don't even exist!
