hi today ihas been abad day and cant seem to get my anxiety downive listened to music done breathing but just dont seem to working and ive been doin ok for a few weeks coping with it but now im worring its coming back and will be bad again like i was a few mnths ago . i know im not helping myself today because im just siting around and constantly thinking about how im feeling and should i run back up tp my gp and get checked over incase it aint my anxiety please can anyone tell me its just ablip and i will be ok and it wont be as bad as i was a few mnths ago . im not on meds i dont want to take them so any advice please on how to cope with it thk u
