Urge to pee and up all night :( need sleep

Why am I waking up at 2,4 and 6 o clock in the morning for a wee it's driving me mad now and seriously getting tired with not sleeping :( just wish I could shake this anxiety off, had all tests and apparently there's nothing wrong!!!!

Feeling rubbish today and miserable, anyone good tips for a good nights sleep as my doc won't give me sleeping tablets!

Also would love to know if this weeing thing happens to anyone else feel so alone :(

i usually go about 12, then 4, then when i get up at half 6/7... thought it was normal....xx

I've had that since I was a child, it's just anxiety, really - don't worry about it.
