Has anyone else experienced this? I've had it since I was small, but I've started having them more now that I have panic attacks. They really scare me- I feel like I'm out of my body and this is not really my life- like I've just woken up from a dream or something.

It stresses me out and I find myself hyperventilating- the only way I can get back to real life is to think of something on the news or something like that to ground me. Has anyone got any other methods to stop it?

Lucy xx- panic attacks, anxiety, agoraphobia and mild depression- lovely mix!

PS. Come on England!!!;)
