Hi does anyone suffer and also have any advice on how to help my anxiety which in turn makes depersonalization worse before a period it's really getting me down and it's just making me feel more depressed than I already am I take 40 mgs of Prozac daily and the odd Valium when needed also what actually is pregnanilan not sure of spelling but have seen it posted about on here quite a lot
