M.E./C.F.S. Fears

Hi All,
I was wondering if any forum members are unfortunate to have this condition.This is my latest H.A. and would appreciate if any one could PM me with some advice/guidance.I need some HELP on this one.

There are a few that suffer from M.E. on here so I am sure they will be along soon to offer some advice.

Are you worried that you may have it and want reassurance either way?

Nicola,thanks for posting.Yeah i just want to talk to someone abouy it.My H.A. just keeps on rolling on.I seemed to have came to terms with my anxiety but am still anxoius over the on-going physical sypmtoms i have.All seem to point to that.

I can understand that as when we are anxious etc we do feel really tired all the time. It is exhausting dealing with this panicky feelings and we get over-tired.

Hopefully someone will reassure you either way.
