Well, week number 5 of headaches, and another Drs appt.

Saw yet another Dr today (8th appt and 5th Dr seen!). She did some neuro tests and looked at eye nerves and said its all ok and if it was anything sinister I would have had other signs. But I am worried about how they increase when I lay down, like pressure in my forehead but she said its tension and tension headaches. I just can't stop worrying.

Do yours get worse when you go to bed?

I had this for months! And do you know what it turned out to be.................I needed new pillows! Alot of headaches are due to bad necks! Try getting new pillows, the best pillows are just normal pillow, cheap ones from tescos, or other supermarkets, the orthopedic ones or memory ones are really no good for my neck! x

hey i had this for 11 months straight! horrible but in the end the doctor diagnosed me with post nasal drip and he gave me tablets to take at night and also a nasal spray so next time you go to the doctors ask them to check if you have post nasal drip :)

my headaches are pretty much terrible all day and then when I go to bed I feel so much pressure in my head that I think it is going to explode. it can take me many hours to fall asleep. thankfully once I'm asleep, then all seems fine until the morning. i can usually feel the headache before i even get out of bed.

my neck is super tense. i also feel nauseous sometimes.
this is day 7 with this.

worried.
