heavy headedness

is this normal as part of a panic attack.

i havent had a panic attack for about 1 week now but im feeling heavy headed.
please help

When you say heavy headed do you mean around your face aswell? It's probobly something to do with your sinus's, its muggy weather at the moment and this can cause heavy headedness and sinus problems xx

You could feel heavy headed because of the weather at the moment.
Try going 4 a walk and drink lots water,its ment to help.

I agree with the others, it could be to do with the weather. I have had it bad over the last few weeks too.

i get a heavy head all the time but usually only on one side and then it dissapear after about a week, usually when i have ben stressed about something.

Hia yeah i find im sensitive to the weather and it causes me to have a heavy thick head...lol not litterally but you know what i mean.I also have been like this the past few days and im hoping for a storm to clear the air and my head:D
