Hi i am new here,
I started getting panic attacks frequently last year, it started when i was walking on the phone, i must not have drank enough water because the road suddenly turned upside down and i felt like i nearly passed out. It was horrible. From their it triggered at least 20 panic attacks in the last 5 months.

My biggest fears seem to be falling and fainting.
I dread that moment ever happening. The problem now is that it is starting to effect my work, im constantly anxious that i'm going to pass out or fall.

Has anyone ever experienced this or have any tips, im desperate!!
