I will never get better, Why? Because im not sick, its mind over matter, i don't mind panic attacks because they don't matter. Stay positve, thoughts and feeling cannot harm you. :yesyes:

You seem to have a lot of wise words for people on here. Was wandering how would you help someone with white coat syndrome I have it really bad. hate having my bp taken I panic. I am having CBT at the moment for it. I have had a bad few years I lost my job and I had a marriage break up which I wanted but it was still hard to deal with.
