11:45 am Ate 12 inch Sub, with a large Un-sweetend tea.

12:00 pm 25 mg Sertraline.

12:15 One multi vitamin & one omega fish oil vitamin.

1:35 stomach cramping.

2:24 pm still have anxiety, and irritability.

This is my first day on Stertraline. I've taken it before and it helped, I don't know why I even stopped taking it! Hopefully this will help me with my stress and sleepless nights.

Wish me luck. And let me know any suggestions when taking this medicine.

I was also considering taking a Lorezapam right now.

Hi everyone, just a quick update on my status.

I'm on day 8 of taking generic Zoloft.

For 1 week I have been cutting my 50 mg in half and taking 25 mg.

Today is my first day of taking the full 50 mg.

I have LESS anxiety. But it's not completely gone.

I do notice a change though.

Very bad anxiety at around 2 am.
VIVID dreams.

Couldn't sleep all night. Heightened anxiety.

I think The full 50 mg might be too much for me.
But the doctor said I have to take 25mg for 7 days then 50 mg for 7 days then 75mg for 7 days then 100mg for 7 days! I can't imagine taking 100 mg I think I will go nuts lol.
